Akmē is a Melbourne beauty salon shaped through a unified approach to interior and brand. Conceived in unison, every element works together to form a clear and cohesive identity—one that moves beyond the conventions of clinical design to create a space that feels calm, refined and quietly confident within the urban fabric of South Yarra.
Set across two levels, the design is anchored by a restrained palette of neutral tones, allowing materiality and texture to define the experience. Natural patinas and tactile finishes introduce warmth and depth, establishing a seamless dialogue between space and brand.
This alignment extends across every touchpoint—from spatial planning to visual language—creating a holistic environment that supports a more intentional experience of self-care. Through this integrated approach, Akmē offers a considered expression of wellness, where design, identity and experience exist as one.
