Forever Home is a Brighton residence reimagined to support the rhythm of modern family life. Anchored by the rich architectural language of a Spanish Colonial house — its arches, courtyards and colonnades — the project carefully restores and refines the home to create a contemporary sanctuary grounded in warmth and character.
European influences inform the interior language, balanced with a distinctly Melbourne sensibility. Spaces are designed to feel open yet intimate, flexible yet enduring, supporting both everyday living and moments of gathering.
Materiality plays a central role in shaping the experience of the home. Subtle tonal shifts define each room while maintaining continuity throughout. Arches become a recurring architectural motif, guiding movement and framing views, while custom finishes are designed to evolve gracefully over time — developing a natural patina through the life of the home.
