No.19 brings together interiors and brand in a single, considered expression—shaped by the enduring character of Melbourne’s Greek delicatessens of the 1950s. Set within a busy shopping strip, the space is defined by its generous proportions—soaring 4.5-metre ceilings, skylights that draw in natural light, and a deep, linear footprint that allows the experience to unfold with clarity and ease.
Central to the project is the relationship between brand and space. Every detail has been designed in unison—from menus and coasters to deli paper and crockery—creating a cohesive identity that extends beyond the interior. The result is a space that feels both familiar and refined, where tradition is reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
