Located in Ivanhoe, Melbourne, Pinkie is a café defined by energy, colour and a contemporary sense of play.
Biasol’s approach began with material and colour — responding to the client’s brief for dark pink with the introduction of rose-toned glass blocks, paired with black terrazzo and the existing concrete shell. The result is a palette that nods to postmodern design while feeling fresh and current. The layout is resolved with clarity, supporting both efficiency and flow, and distinguishing between takeaway and dine-in experiences. Brand and interior are conceived together, creating a cohesive environment that reflects Pinkie’s light-hearted character and welcoming atmosphere.
